Development of intelligent quality control technology and industrial process automation at AGC-VISION

Industry experiencetranslated into AI technology

AGC-VISION traces its origins to an independent startup project aimed at creating a smart tool to support visual quality control. Over time, thanks to intensive technological development and testing in an industrial environment, the idea evolved into a fully functional solution.

AGC‑VISION is a natural extension of the many years of experience of AGC‑POLAND — a company that has long supported industrial enterprises in process improvement, quality enhancement, and the implementation of modern operational solutions.

AGC-VISION uses:

advanced image processing technologies

artificial intelligence

real-time data analysis

All of this is aimed at improving inspection accuracy, reducing the workload on operators, and helping companies achieve the highest quality standards. Our mission is to provide tools that effectively streamline production processes, ensure consistent, repeatable quality, and enhance companies’ competitiveness in the global market.

Process expertiseand advanced IT solutions

We are developing this project together — Michał Górny, an engineer specializing in the evaluation, design, and optimization of production systems and quality assurance, as well as an industrial consultant running an international consulting firm, and Marta Andrzejewska, a manager with experience in controlling, budgeting, and sales analysis, responsible for project coordination, team management, and business development.

Our expertise is complemented by a team of developers with over twelve years of experience in image processing, machine learning, and AI development. They combine technical expertise with practical experience in implementing turnkey software solutions tailored to the individual needs of our clients.

Learn about our startupsupported by INDUSTRYLAB III

Until March 2026, our project was supported by the INDUSTRYLAB III Industrial Innovation Accelerator, which significantly accelerated its development. Participation in the program enabled us to enter the market more quickly—particularly in the electroplating sector—and achieve commercial readiness.

As part of the acceleration program, we conducted extensive testing of our solution, adapting it to international standards and real-world market expectations. We improved our image analysis and neural network technologies and moved data processing to the cloud, which allowed us to better meet customer needs and increase the system’s scalability.

In addition, thanks to a grant of 360,000 PLN obtained through the INDUSTRYLAB III program, we were able to conduct tests that had previously remained merely a concept. The grant provided a solid foundation for further development and significantly accelerated the adaptation of the technology to market realities, increasing our chances of a successful market entry.
