Does AGC-VISION offer implementation services?

We offer comprehensive implementation of a vision-based quality control system at your facility. We begin by analyzing your current inspection process—both organizationally and technically—and then propose the optimal way to integrate AGC‑VISION with your existing production infrastructure.

As part of our collaboration, we deliver and configure an application for automatic defect detection, and we support your team or integration partners in selecting the appropriate components.

How does the AGC-VISION integration with the production line work?

AGC‑VISION integration involves incorporating our software into your existing quality control process. The system captures images from any device (cameras, scanners, or smartphones) and then analyzes them in real time, automatically detecting defects in manufactured parts.

We offer three integration models:

  • Integration with existing infrastructure – the system utilizes devices already present on the production line and fits into the current workflow.
  • Support in selecting components for a new quality control station – if additional devices are needed, we help define technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Stand-alone station – AGC-VISION can function as an independent test station, fed with images from dedicated cameras or mobile devices.

Does AGC-VISION offer customer service? Is there an additional charge for support?

We provide comprehensive customer support at every stage of your use of AGC‑VISION. We are available during your production line’s operating hours so that our support is truly tailored to the rhythm of your process and the needs of your team.

Technical support and ongoing maintenance are included at no extra charge—all service and system support are covered by the monthly fee, which is determined individually with each client.

How can I test the solution in my company?

We encourage you to contact us by phone or via the form on our website to discuss the details and select the testing method that best suits your process. Depending on your needs, we can provide:

  • • a trial version of the mobile app, allowing you to test the algorithms on actual parts,
  • • a stand-alone test station, which allows you to evaluate the system’s effectiveness before integrating it into the production line.

The tests allow you to verify how AGC-VISION works in practice and ensure that the system is properly tailored to the specifics of your production

Is it safe to store photos on AGC-VISION?

Data security is our top priority. Companies using AGC‑VISION retain sole ownership of all images used to train the neural network and of the results generated by the system. Data is not shared with third parties and is used exclusively to support the quality control process within the company.

Both the mobile app and the web version of AGC‑VISION are protected by mandatory two-factor authentication, which significantly enhances the security of system access.

On the client side, a project manager is always designated who has full insight into the list of users, their roles, and the permissions assigned to them. This ensures that control over data access remains in the hands of the company.
